We met with Team Swaaha two years ago when we were planning Karan & Avantika’s Engagement in Aamby Valley. Their well planned and executed event made it very clear we wanted them to continue with us for the wedding. We knew we wanted to hold it in our hometown of Hazaribagh, Jharkhand and that was never a hurdle for them while planning all the functions. We spent Nine months planning all the themes and details with the team and not once was there a complaint. A very vast wedding but it was handled with a lot of ease, an immaculate, well managed and well executed event ! With numerous hotels and 1000 resident guests and more than 30,000 attendees for the Reception function, there was not one complaint and all the guests were taken care of well.

Swaaha has done many weddings in our extended family, it only seemed fitting that they plan our 25th Anniversary. We thought it would be difficult for them because we reside in Dubai but they never made us feel that distance. They were always available for us and the service was 100% The event was in Baku and having done a recce just twice, they were able to understand everything about the new city, how we can conceptualize all the themes and make a memorable and flawless experience for all. We were made to feel special with our well planned entries and my dream of a White Wedding in a Church was created very beautifully by Swaaha. Thank you so much for a lovely and enjoyable celebration, all our friends still remember and talk about the Baku Celebrations even now.

Our family has a long standing relationship with Swaaha, for almost 8 years now. I closely interacted with them during my brother, Vivek’s wedding preparation. They have designed and executed new and creative ideas from the invites to all the themes, entertainment and experiences... Which is why I felt very comfortable having them on board as planners for my wedding as well. Swaaha has done a few weddings in my social circle so I have always been familiar with their style and work. We had always heard of them as good ideators with a meticulous working style so we were keen on working with them. When my brother – Rahul was getting married it was obvious we would want them to design & plan all the functions. Right from the cocktail party in Goa to all the functions in Mumbai – they gave us numerous out of the box themes and ideas. We first met Hemant & Mareesha in 2014 when they planned a 3 day affair for our 25 th Anniversary celebration in Aamby Valley. Even after 25 years we were made to feel like a bride & groom… setting a benchmark for all our friends and family functions. In 2016 they planned my son’s wedding surpassing expectations. The entire journey with Team Swaaha has been fun and they don’t take it as an event – they plan it like it was their own.
